Shipping Policy

NOTE: We ONLY sell products for use with tobacco and legal dry herbs. You must be 21+ to use this site. All identities are verified by in compliance with all state and Federal laws.

Our normal operating hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm PST. 

Please check your packaging thoroughly; orders for multiple pieces, may arrive in multiple packages.

Product Shipping Options

All orders ship domestically via the USPS from our offices in San Diego, CA. 

CANNABLING is based in the USA. Our accessories are created by artisans and manufacturers around the world.

Orders are processed during business days Monday through Friday. 

Priority Mail

Orders sent via Priority Mail ship directly from our facilities in San Diego within 48 hours (M-F). Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the USPS no longer guarantees delivery times for Priority Mail.

CANNABLING is not responsible for stolen packages. If USPS confirms delivery, your package is considered legally delivered. We track delivery internally. Packages stolen or lost after official USPS delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will provide delivery confirmation from the USPS upon request. If you are concerned about stolen packages, you MUST select priority shipping WITH an adult signature at checkout, OR ask the post office to hold your packages.


YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF DAMAGE WITHIN 72 HOURS. When you receive your order, please inspect you items carefully for damage. Should any items arrive damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us immediately with photos so that we may rectify the issue. You MUST notify us of shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged items reported after 72 hours of delivery will not be replaced.

If your items are damaged or incomplete upon arrival, you MUST notify us within 72 hours and submit photos. Please read our Return Policy for more information.


Packages that are returned to sender by the USPS due to an insufficient address or an undeliverable address, will be refunded LESS THE COST OF POSTAGE. We cannot reship items that have been returned by the USPS, and we cannot ship orders to alternate address under any circumstances. We can only ship to the legal billing address of the legal card holder who is over the age of 21.
